Patrick H. Murphy is Of Counsel at Stan Miller Law Group. His practice includes advising corporate, individual and family clients on a broad range of tax, business and estate planning issues including specialized multi-generational wealth transfer; asset protection; preparation of wills and trusts; estate and trust administration; probate; tax dispute resolution; charitable planning; marital planning; and business succession planning. His practice also includes creating and advising an array of business entities such as corporations, limited liability companies and tax-exempt organizations on tax, governance, and compliance.
Prior to the practice of law, Patrick worked as an analyst for a prominent commercial real estate firm where he conducted market research and financial analyses for large real estate developments and investment properties. In 2007, he was one of several individuals selected for the management of the Rebsamen Trust Fund, a $5 million dollar student-managed investment portfolio at the Sam M. Walton College of Business.
Patrick is married to McKenzie and together they have a daughter, Sawyer, and a son, Sutton.
